Introduction
This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how Daily Gamba LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles the information and personal data you provide to us through packdrawrewards.net and any sub-domains (the “Website”), together with any products or services that link to this Policy (collectively, the “Services”).
We determine the means and purposes of processing and therefore act as the Data Controller under applicable data protection laws (“Data Protection Laws”). By using the Services you acknowledge that your personal data may be processed as described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services or provide us with personal data.
This site is a community rewards hub. It is not operated by, endorsed by or affiliated with PackDraw beyond an affiliate relationship. It is not a case-opening site, does not accept deposits, does not hold funds and has no user accounts or logins.
Definitions
- Data Controller: Daily Gamba LLC. Contact: support@slottrackingtools.com.
- Data Processor: a person or body that processes personal data on our behalf.
- Data Subject: the individual the personal data relates to.
- Personal Data: any information identifying you or relating to an identifiable individual.
- Usage Data: information collected automatically, such as pages visited, referring page, approximate location and browser or device information.
- User: the individual using the Website or Services.
Children under the age of 18
The Services are strictly for adults aged 18 or over. Nobody under 18 may use the Website, enter any promotion, or provide any information to us. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Every raffle entry requires an explicit confirmation that the entrant is 18 or over.
If we learn we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we hold information about someone under 18, contact us and we will remove it. California residents under 16 may have additional rights — see “Your state privacy rights”.
What we collect, and why
This site collects deliberately little. There are no user accounts, no passwords, no email lists and no payment processing. The full picture:

Automatic collection technologies
As you use the Website, limited information about your device and browsing is collected automatically, including pages visited, referring page, approximate location derived from IP, and browser and operating system type. This is done through cookies set by Google Analytics.
Analytics cookies are only set after you consent. On your first visit you are asked to confirm you are 18 or over and to accept this Policy and our Terms of Use. Google Analytics is not loaded at all until you accept — no script is requested and no cookie is set before then.
You can withdraw consent at any time using Cookie & age settings in the footer, which clears the stored acceptance and shows the notice again. You can also refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings. The Website works normally without them — no feature depends on cookies. We do not use Flash cookies, and we do not serve advertising or use advertising trackers.
Your acceptance is recorded in your browser’s local storage, not on our servers, so it is not personal data we hold about you.
Legal bases for processing
- Performance of a contract / your request: processing your raffle entry so you can take part and be contacted if you win.
- Legitimate interests: preventing duplicate and fraudulent entries, keeping the Website secure and working, and understanding how it is used. We balance these against your rights and use the least data that achieves the purpose.
- Consent: where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, by the same means you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand.
- Legal obligation: where we must retain or disclose data to comply with the law.
Who we share data with
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. Data is shared only with the providers who run this Website:

We may also disclose personal data: to a buyer or successor in a merger, sale or similar transaction; to comply with a court order, law or regulatory request; to enforce our terms; or where we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Daily Gamba, our users or others, including for fraud prevention.
Links to third-party sites
The Website links to third-party sites including PackDraw, Discord, Kick, YouTube and Telegram. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Read their policies before providing them with information. Links to PackDraw are affiliate links, which is how the rewards on this site are funded.
Data retention
- Raffle entries are retained for the draw they relate to and for a reasonable period afterwards to resolve prize disputes and demonstrate the draw was run fairly.
- Draw records — winner, prize and the verification seed — are retained indefinitely, because publishing them permanently is what allows anyone to verify past draws were not rigged.
- Leaderboard snapshots are retained indefinitely as a record of past cycles and payouts. Usernames in them are already redacted.
- Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics settings.
You may ask us to delete your raffle entry at any time. Deleting an entry from a draw that has already been run may remove your ability to claim a prize from it.
Security
Personal data is protected using appropriate technical measures. Traffic is encrypted in transit, the database is access-controlled, IP addresses are stored only as one-way salted hashes, and leaderboard usernames are redacted on the server before they reach any browser. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the Internet.
Transfers outside the EEA
The Services are operated from the U.S.A. and our providers are primarily US-based, so personal data you provide will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where data is transferred outside the EEA we take commercially reasonable steps to ensure comparable protection applies. By using the Services you understand your data will be processed in the United States.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- confirm whether we process your personal data, and access it;
- correct inaccurate personal data;
- request deletion of your personal data;
- obtain a copy of the data you gave us, and port it;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- opt out of processing for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling with legal effects — note we do none of these;
- not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
To exercise any right, or to appeal a decision, email support@slottrackingtools.com. We may need to verify your identity — normally by confirming you control the PackDraw or Discord account in question.
Your state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia have specific rights under state law, as may residents of the EU/EEA and UK. These rights are not absolute and we may decline a request where the law permits.
California. California’s “Shine the Light” law (Civil Code § 1798.83) allows residents to request information about disclosures of personal data for third-party direct marketing. We make no such disclosures. Learn more at cppa.ca.gov.
Nevada. Nevada residents may opt out of certain sales of personal information under NRS Chapter 603A. We do not sell data that triggers that requirement.
Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy at any time. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Where a change affects processing carried out on the basis of your consent, we will seek fresh consent where required.
